A 5.5 meter high 2.5 meter wide Spitfire memorial created by SSL Design & Fabrication. Located in north Swindon Orbital shopping park. Designed to the size of a spitfire wing with features of the outline of a pilot and an engineer. Made from Stainless Steel, designed, laser cut and fabricated all house. This project required extensive 3D modelling prior ot manufacture to ensure a fluid fabrication process.
